Our average hourly rate is up to 75% less than our clients would pay for the same service from one of our law firm peers in a nearby city. We’re based in three offices in Chesterfield, Mansfield and Matlock, so we don’t need to pass on city practice overheads to our clients.
Knowing our clients well has several advantages. Not only do we provide perfectly fitting advice and help, but we can cost our service flexibly to suit their needs and we can deliver it flexibly, travelling to see them when necessary and working for them out of hours if needed.
It’s no surprise that people are beginning to tire of the nameless, faceless service offered by many professions these days. It may be considered old fashioned in some ways, but we’re committed to providing a personal service because we believe that’s what our clients want. When our clients call, we’ll endeavour to put them in touch with the person who is and always has handled their case.
