Relevant ExperienceRob Anderton is our Managing Partner and head of the Childrens Law Department. He is a founder member of the Law Society's Children Panel and has over 25 years experience of representing parents, children and other family members in residence and contact cases and disputes in and with Social Services. Rob joined the firm in 1986 and is based at the Mansfield office although he conducts cases in courts throughout the East Midlands. He is married with two children and in his spare time enjoys golf, skiing and walking.

Relevant ExperienceJon was born and raised in Chesterfield and has been with the firm since he started training as a solicitor. He is married with one child, and specialises in criminal law, with over 17 years experience. He is a qualified duty solicitor, and his interests are food and drink, football, travel.

Relevant ExperienceSally is Head of Residential Property based at our Glumangate Office in Chesterfield. She has been employed in legal practice for 18 years and has been with the practice since 2000. She specialises in all types of property matters including new development work, auctions and complex land transactions. Sally has also been appointed as a member of the Derby and District Law Society Property Law Sub-committee.

Relevant ExperienceNic qualified as a solicitor in 1992 and since then has worked solely and specialised in civil litigation and dispute resolution. Nic practised in Nottingham before joining Elliot Mather in 1998. Nic is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Member of the Law Society's Dispute Resolution Section. In 2005 Nic was appointed a Deputy District Judge sitting on the Central Manchester Group of the Northern Circuit.
