PROBATE SOLICITOR - DERBY
As a result of our acquisition of Taylor Simpson & Mosley, Solicitors of Derby, we are seeking a Probate Solicitor for our Derby office, who will be looking to take on a demanding role in one of the East Midlands leading Wills, Probate and Trusts departments.
The successful candidate, who will ideally have at least two years PQE, will take on an existing caseload of Wills, Estate Administration,Trusts and Court of Protection applications. Reporting to the Head of Department, this is a role for a highly motivated individual with solid technical skills, seeking to develop their career in a growing department.
PROBATE SOLICITOR – CHESTERFIELD
The continuing development of the firm’s Wills, Probate and Elder Client department has created an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Probate Solicitor at our Chesterfield office.
Reporting to the Head of Department, this is a key role which will suit a highly motivated senior Solicitor ready to both take on an existing caseload of Estate Administration, Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications, and to make a major contribution to the growth of the department.
