Lucy is a Conveyancing Assistant/Trainee Solicitor who joined our Residential Property team in June 2021. She is predominantly based at our Chesterfield branch, but is able to advise clients locally, regionally, and nationally.

Lucy completed her LLB (Hons) Degree at Nottingham Trent University, achieving a First Class Honours. She is currently undertaking the Solicitors Graduate Apprenticeship to become a qualified solicitor.

During her time at Elliot Mather LLP, Lucy has gained experience and knowledge in a range of residential transactions including freehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers, and help to buy redemptions. She is currently expanding her knowledge and undergoing further training for leasehold and newbuild transactions.

Lucy adopts a friendly and professional approach and aims to provide an excellent level of communication and support to clients throughout their residential property transactions.
