Heidi joined Elliot Mather as a partner based in our Derby office in September 2017.

She brings a wealth of experience, having specialised in dispute resolution within renowned local firms for over 20 years.

Working with businesses, commercial organisations and individuals in both the private and public sector, Heidi routinely deals with all aspects of litigation and disputes, and has particular expertise in complex Property, Landlord & Tenant, Wills & Probate and Contract related difficulties.  She also advises and assists in resolving Directors & Shareholder disputes.

Heidi enjoys building quality relationships with her clients, taking pride in being able to empathise and offer support whilst assisting you in resolving the legal challenges that affect you or your business.  She is a skilled negotiator and is well versed in organising and attending mediations and other settlement meetings, and where court proceedings are necessary, will guide you the process as quickly and efficiently as possible.
