Helen is a Family Executive in the Family Team based at our Chesterfield office where she has worked since March 2018.

Helen specialises in all areas of family law (both privately funded and legally aided) to include divorce and related financial matters, children issues between parents including disputes regarding where children should live and how much time they spend with the other parent and domestic abuse cases (including working with local domestic violence charities).

When a relationship breaks down, Helen is able to provide sensible and practical advice.  She adopts a sympathetic but robust approach.  If court proceedings prove necessary, Helen can provide representation to ensure that you secure the best result possible.

As a member of Resolution (www.resolution.org.uk) Helen supports their campaign for the improvement of Family Law and the Family Justice system and is committed to developing and promoting the highest standards of practice.
