Annie is a Conveyancing Executive who joined our Residential Property team in June 2021 and is predominantly based at our Chesterfield. Although she is based at our Chesterfield branch, she has the ability to advise clients locally, regionally and even nationally.
She gained experience working out of a busy practice based in Sheffield and specialises in a range of residential matters, including: house sales and purchases (both freehold and leasehold), re-mortgages, transfers of equity and repaying of help to buy loan.
Annie is dedicated to ensuring that all clients receive expert advice at all stages of their matter and adopts a friendly and professional approach to her work.
