Kelise joined Elliot Mather LLP in November 2021, working in the conveyancing department covering the Derbyshire area, before moving to the Nottinghamshire Care Team (May 2023).

Kelise holds an LLB (Hons) Law Degree from Nottingham Trent University with plans to complete post graduate studies to become a qualified solicitor.

Kelise is now part of our specialist team as a paralegal assisting with the day to day running of care cases and supporting families involved in private and legal aid funded care proceedings. Kelise represents clients at Public Law Outline (PLO) meetings, i.e. if a child has been placed as a Child in Need or Child Protection Plan. This work is often funded under the Legal Help Scheme.

Kelise has a positive attitude towards work enabling clients to feel assured their position and wishes are understood and represented when involved in difficult care situations.
