Carmen is a Conveyancing Executive who joined our Residential Property team in April 2021 and is predominantly based in our Nottingham office.
She has a vast amount of experience working within the legal sector having started her first role in 2012 and has since worked in almost all areas of law. Alongside her work within the legal sector, she has been studying with CILEx Law School since 2017 with an aim to quality as a Fellow of CILEx in the next year.
Although Carmen is based at our Nottingham office, her skills allow her to assist clients across the Nottinghamshire region and beyond with matters including:
- Freehold sales
- Freehold purchases
- Transfers
- Re-mortgages
- Help to Buy redemption
Carmen appreciates that the conveyancing process can be stressful for clients. It is because of this that she adopts a friendly and professional approach to her work.
