Mark is a Criminal Defence Solicitor who joined Elliot Mather in December 2022.
With over 25 years’ experience as a qualified solicitor, Mark has a high level of expertise in advising and representing clients who have come into conflict with the criminal justice system.
Although he is predominantly based at our Mansfield office, Mark regularly assists clients across the East Midlands with all aspects of criminal defence, representation at Police Stations, and in the criminal Courts.
Mark understands that being accused or charged with an offence can be extremely distressing. It is because of this that he provides clients with realistic and professional advice throughout their case.
