Emily is a Solicitor within the Family Department based in the Nottingham Office. However, Emily travels to all other offices to support and assist clients with advice and advocacy. Emily focuses her work on Private Law Proceedings covering Child Arrangements, Divorce, Finances, and Injunctions representing parents and other family members. Emily offers practical advice to resolve matters as amicably as possible in a cost-effective manner.
Emily achieved her undergraduate degree, Legal Practice Course and masters degree at Trent University. Emily Qualified as a Solicitor in October 2022 and joined Elliot Mather in January 2015.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys travelling and spending time with friends and family
