Alicia is a Trainee Legal Executive in our Family Department, predominantly based at our Chesterfield office. She joined Elliot Mather in June 2023 and assists clients with a range of family law matters arising from relationship breakdown.
Alicia graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2021 with a First-Class Honours degree in Philosophy and Communications. She is currently undertaking a Level 7 Chartered Legal Executive Apprenticeship, specialising in Family Law.
Alicia assists with divorce, financial arrangements following relationship breakdown, private law children matters, and applications for protective injunctions, including Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders.
Alicia takes a professional and client-focused approach. She provides clear, practical support tailored to each client’s circumstances and aims to ensure clients feel informed and supported throughout the legal process. She is committed to working constructively towards the best possible outcome for each client, while recognising the sensitive and often emotional nature of family law.
Outside of work, Alicia enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, and exploring new places. She particularly enjoys making memories with her young family and finding time to keep active and enjoy the outdoors.
