Curtis is a Paralegal in our Dispute Resolution Department. He is predominantly based in our Mansfield office, but has the ability travel to our other offices as and when required.

He obtained an undergraduate degree from Staffordshire University, going on to complete the Barristers Training Course at Nottingham Trent University. He was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2022 by the Honourable Society of Middle Temple.

Curtis has great client care, developed from his time during his undergraduate degree working with Staffordshire University’s Legal Advice clinic, which encompassed a broad range of legal issues. Following completion of the Bar Course and prior to commencing employment with Elliot Mather, he worked in the Personal Injury field for a ‘top tier’ national firm in the Legal 500 Guide.

He appreciates the stress which comes with litigation and aims to put clients at ease by taking a personable approach and guiding them through the process. Curtis always does his upmost to act in his client’s best interests and takes a realistic approach in handling their claims, resulting in an efficient but cost effective service.
