Paralegal

Rebecca is a Paralegal in our Wills and Probate Department. Rebecca joined the firm in January 2023 and is predominantly based at our Chesterfield office but can also assist clients further afield.

Rebecca obtained her Law degree from Sheffield Hallam University in 2021 and completed her Legal Practice Course alongside her Masters in Law at the University of Law in 2024. Rebecca is due to start her Training Contract with Elliot Mather LLP in October 2024.

Rebecca is regularly instructed to assist clients with all aspects of:

  • Will writing;
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney;
  • Deputyship applications;
  • Probate applications; and
  • Administration of estates.

Rebecca understands that the above matters listed can be daunting for clients, so she uses her friendly and approachable manner to support and guide clients throughout the process.
