Chris is a Solicitor Advocate in the Nottinghamshire crime team. Chris has in excess of 30 years’ experience of practicing criminal law and having spent time in Partnership with other local firms Chris joined Elliot Mather in 2017.

Chris has been a member of both the Court and Police Station Duty Solicitor Schemes for over 25 years . Chris regularly attends at the police station and has acted for clients in the most serious cases through to other offences of a less serious nature. Chris regularly appears as advocate before both the Crown and Magistrates court.

Chris will ensure your case is thoroughly prepared and that you are represented to a very high standard throughout your matter.

Chris is also a member of the Legal Aid Agency’s Peer Review team and within that capacity assesses the work of other legal aid suppliers.
